Lecture Demonstration on PHOTOGRAPHY
Our resource person, Mr.Nabhonil Basu, a professional photographer, introduced the ways of seeing through the camera. This was the first academic
engagement with camera for our students. The resource person discussed various technical aspects of taking a picture including lights, frame, depth of field, perspective, editing et al.

VIII. 19th March, 2016: Modern Bengali Poetry and Indian Literature by Dr. Dipan Das, Department of Bengali, surfaced through the trajectories of Modern Bengali Poetry and discussed the ongoing debates between centre and the margin.
